ABOUT US

Explore is dedicated to building meaningful connections in the community through dance by providing fun opportunities for self-expression, creativity, and new experiences. Each year, Explore Dance Company holds a charity benefit concert in which 100% of the proceeds from our silent auction benefit a local nonprofit. Charities supported in the past include the St. Luke’s Children’s Oncology Department, The Alzheimer’s Association, Faces of Hope Victim Center, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Muscular Dystrophy Association, and Operation Underground Railroad.

True to the name, we strive to explore a variety of dance genres and the annual charity benefit concert will feature numerous styles of movement. Genres included in past productions include ballet, contemporary, hip-hop, hula, lyrical, modern, tap, tinikling, and more.

Explore Dance Company offers weekly adult drop-in dance classes for both beginner and intermediate level dancers. Each month the dance genre changes giving participants an opportunity to experience a variety of styles.
