Children's Self-defense Class (Ages 11-17)

Join us for a self-defense class taught by guest instructor, Darren Batchelor. This hour-long session will teach participants basic joint manipulation, escapes from holds, and ways to attack back at a perpetrator. Students will also be educated on best practices for avoiding potentionally dangerous scenarios and work on building situational awareness. 

The cost is $10 per child and payment can be made via venmo: @explore-dance-co (last four: 3168). Please indicate the names of the particpants in the notes when sending payment.
